Search Queries
A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies any result. Callahan County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or other direct message may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

No Court-Record Data on File
Callahan County Court Docket does not host, sell, maintain, or compile a database of personal court cases. It publishes general directions to the District Clerk, County Clerk, lower courts, and statewide search resources. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
For official Texas judicial records, Government Code Section 552.0035 places the judiciary outside the ordinary executive-branch Public Information Act process. Court rules and other law govern access, and requests should go to the responsible judicial custodian.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Information submitted to one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before sending a query because this policy does not control the provider.
